摘要

MLA是一种基于扫描电镜和能谱分析仪的工艺矿物学参数自动分析系统,主要应用在工艺矿物学领域。应用MLA系统对不锈钢中夹杂物的化学成分及粒径分布情况进行了研究,结果表明该系统可高效且同步实现不锈钢中夹杂物尺寸、种类、含量的自动识别与统计。

Abstract

MLA is the automatic analysis system of process mineralogical parameters based on SEM and EDS, which is mainly used in the field of process mineralogy. Chemical composition and particle size distribution of inclusions in stainless steel were studied by MLA system. The results show that the automatic identification and statistics of inclusions size, type and content in stainless steel were realized efficiently and synchronously through the system.
