通过对某拖拉机传动箱壳体结构及消失模铸造工艺性分析,设计了三种消失模铸造工艺方案,通过模拟仿真分析各个方案的优劣性,根据模拟结果选择最优方案,并对工艺进行优化。有针对性的进行工艺实验,减少实验次数,降低了实验成本,缩短了工艺开发周期。
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the structure of a tractor transmission case and EPC process, three kinds of EPC process schemes are designed.The pros and cons of each scheme have been analyzed through simulation.The process has been optimized.Targeted process experiments have been adopted, which not only reduces the number of experiments and the cost of experiments but also shortens the process development cycle.
