3D打印技术作为一种全新的成型方式,推动了传统加工制造业的革命。其中在铸造行业,应用3D打印技术成果给传统铸造带来了颠覆性的变革,其高效的成型方式使铸件制造弃繁从简,提质增效,制造过程以人为本,绿色制造,为铸造行业的转型升级提供示范作用。目前国内外3D砂型打印机的工作效率普遍较低,就如何提升砂型3D打印机效率从喷头选择、运动部件优化设计、打印节拍更紧凑等方面提出新的思路。
Abstract
As a brand-new molding method, 3DP printing technology has promoted the revolution of traditional processing and manufacturing industries.Among them, in the foundry industry, the application of 3DP printing technology has brought a subversive change to the traditional foundry.Its efficient molding method has made the manufacturing of castings more simple and improved quality and efficiency.The manufacturing process is people-oriented with green manufacturing which provides demonstration role for the transformation and upgrading of the foundry industry.At present, the working efficiency of 3DP sand printers at home and abroad is generally low.The new ideas on how to improve the efficiency of sand 3D printer have been put forward in terms of nozzle selection, optimized design of moving parts, and more compact printing cycles.
