摘要

提出了用位移传感器实时测量动载体光电平台六自由度位移的方法,并推导了该方法的理论公式,即通过坐标变换推导出了平台惯性坐标系、平台固连坐标系及传感器平面坐标系之间的关系,得到了传感器测试信号与平台位移量之间的关系式。通过传感器采集的实时位移值,计算出了平台六自由度位移,并分析了影响该方法测试精度的多个因素,得出了该方法可通过选用不同频带、不同精度的传感器,实现不同振动环境下隔振平台六自由度位移的动态精密测量的结论。理论分析表明,该测量方法简单有效,适用范围广,有较大的推广价值。

Abstract

This paper proposed a new real-time measurement method of moving optical platform's 6-DOF liner and ngular displacements by using broadband liner displacement sensors, a theoretical formula of the method was derived. The relationship among the inertial coordinate system, platform coordinate system and sensor ordinate system was established by coordinate transformation,the relation between sensor signals and platform cement was obtained, then the 6-DOF of the platform could be calculated by the displacement signals in real time. And many factors affected on the test accuracy were analyzed. Analyses show that this method can achieve dynamic measurement of many different vibration isolation platforms' 6-DOF displacement under different environments by selecting different frequency bands, different accuracy sensors. This method is simple, convenient, high precision and worth spreading. 
