摘要

液压站的运行稳定性和可靠性直接影响整个液压系统的稳定性。保压回路可以保证液压站的输出压力,维持整个液压站压力稳定;双回路可以保证在一条回路出现问题时,另一回路作为备用回路使用,保证液压站的稳定运行,从而设计出一种双保压回路液压站,提高了液压站的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract

The running stability and reliability of the hydraulic station directly affects the stability of the whole hydraulic system. The holding circuit can guarantee the output pressure of hydraulic station and stabilize the pressure. When one circuit is broke down, the other circuit can be used as a spare circuit, which ensures the stable operation of the hydraulic station. So a hydraulic station with double holding circuits designed can improve the stability and reliability of the hydraulic station.
