Abstract

The nonlinear dynamic simulation model of vehicle is set up for high speed train. The random distribution of suspension stiffness and damping, wheel-rail matching parameters, wheel-rail interface parameters, track irregularity and load are taken into consider. The stochastic statistical properties of the dynamic performance of high-speed train are studied by applying numerical simulation. The selection of random parameters, the quantity of calculations conditions and the processing of calculation results are analyzed. The simulation results are verified by experiment data. The results show that compared with conventional dynamic analysis, the distribution of dynamic indicators can be obtained by stochastic dynamic analysis. And the combined effects of changes of various parameters on the dynamic performance can be taked into account. General dynamics calculation is a special case of stochastic dynamics, and can represent the universal law of the vehicle dynamics performance. But it is difficult to find out the range and distribution of dynamic indices. Stochastic dynamics method can be used to predict dynamic performance of high-speed train, optimize suspension parameters, analyze abnormal vibration and other fields. Stochastic dynamics is more authentic and comprehensive in reflection the dynamics performance of vehicles. Using the stochastic dynamics method, the optimized suspension parameters have a wider range of line operation adaptability.
