摘要

为进一步掌握误差与分扭传动系统均载性能间的关系,针对单输入双输出齿轮分扭传动系统,建立了静力学模型和方程,研究了误差间交互作用对系统静力学均载系数的影响,并开展了基于交互作用的正交试验参数匹配分析。结果表明,部分齿侧间隙间存在交互作用;任意两中心距误差间均存在交互作用;通过基于交互作用的参数匹配分析,可获得有助于改善系统均载性能的误差最优组合方式。

Abstract

In order to further understand the relationship between the errors and the load sharing performance of the split torque transmission system, the static model and equation of the system are established for the single input double output gear split torque transmission system. The influence of the interaction between errors on the statics load sharing coefficient of the system is studied, and the orthogonal experiment parameter matching analysis based on the interaction is carried out. The results show that there is interaction between partial backlash and between any two center distance errors, and the optimal combination mode can be obtained to improve the load sharing performance of the system through the parameter matching analysis based on interaction.
