采用粒子群优化算法,以直线电机动子的加速度最小为优化最终目标,以机械结构的参数为优化对象,以设计变量的取值范围和机电动力学模型的微分方程为约束条件,建立了机电耦联动力学优化模型。优化后的机电动力学模型正确、合理,为更好地控制该辊弯成形系统提供了理论依据。
Abstract
Taking the minimum acceleration of the linear motor as the ultimate goal, the parameters of the mechanical structure as the optimization object, the value range of the design variables and the differential equation of the electromechanical dynamics model as the constraint conditions, the electromechanical coupling dynamics optimization model was established by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.The optimized electromechanical dynamics model is correct and reasonable, which provides the theoretical basis for better control of the roll-forming system.
