为改善地下铲运机燃油经济性,研究系统动力分配策略。通过分析14 t级地下铲运机工况特点,提出串联混合动力系统结构。分析了系统的功率链关系,针对该系统提出了一种双层控制结构的功率跟随控制策略。通过判断系统状态,控制发动机转速及发电机功率,实现了发动机动力的合理分配。对样机进行场地试验,结果表明:该策略能有效的控制混合动力地下铲运机运行,与传统柴油地下铲运机相比节油效果达到25.9%,实现了节能目的。

Power distribution control strategy is studied in order to improve fuel economy of load-haul-dump(LHD). A series hybrid system is proposed based on the analysis of the 14 t LHD working condition. The system power chain is analyzed, a power following control strategy with 2-layers structure controller regarding to this scheme is developed. By judging the system state, the engine speed and generator power are controlled, then the engine output power reasonable distribution can be achieved. Field experiment results show that, the control strategy is verified, the hybrid LHD fuel economy can be improved 25.9% compared to the conventional LHD, the purpose of energy saving is achieved.
